This morning I ate a brownie for breakfast.
I think I am beginning to remember my old self.
These last couple of months have been an adventure to say the least. Will and I have been battling it out....he is my tirelessly determined child (which I know is a redeeming quality, just hard to deal with when I am tired and not feeling well).
First let me say, I love Will. He makes me laugh hysterically, even on the downer days he melts my heart with a kiss or a big hug. Having said we have been having a battle of "Will's" and I am happy to say that I am ahead of the game. Barely.
Will loves his binki. The plan was to send the binki away when he turned two, but I happened to turn pregnant at the same time which meant the binki stayed. A few weeks ago we lost his binki and it was NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. SO we did the deed and said goodbye to the binki. There were tears and screaming and waking up in the night but.....
I am happy to say that the binki is gone forever!
POINT FOR ME
But saying goodbye to the binki has meant Will's 3 hour naps have gone away too.
POINT FOR WILL
I try and lay him down but the only one that ever falls asleep is me.
POINT FOR WILL
We have been trying to do a little potty training and Will has successfully gone to the potty (in the potty) four times.
POINT FOR ME
He has also peed on the floor a few times.
POINT FOR WILL
Will has figured out how to take his clothes off and the only thing he wants to wear are pajama pants, underwear, hats and other people's shoes. I haven't had the energy to fight this one.
POINT FOR WILL
After 20 minutes of screaming we did get Will in his church clothes on Sunday.
POINT FOR ME.
Tonight I put Will in his pajama's and let him watch a show with his dad. He fell asleep after 5 minutes................... SOOOOOOOOOOOO I get the rest of the night off.
TEN POINTS FOR ME.

Thank you for supplying me with some much needed birth control. Two year olds+pregnant mom doesn't equal happiness.
This could very well be my favorite post.....that Will is sure cute and could be good buds with my Carter, good job for staying on top! Hope the potty training road isn't too difficult! It took Carter 6 mo, and then after relapses, mostly at night, basically a year. Not quite as easy as Spencer, but at least we're done!
What a cute post, Ali! Your little Will is DARLING but I sure empathize with you because 2 year old boys are a handful and a half and when you add a pregnant mom to the mix life can sure be hectic and beyond exhausting! I hope you keep scoring your points, girl! Hang in there!
So I made your YUMMY Hot Buffalo dip again the other night for my Dad's birthday party. It was a HUGE hit to say the least. Everyone wanted the recipe so thank you!!! :)
If you ever need some time off,let me know? I would love to hang out with Will. I miss being in Nursery with him. :-)
Thanks for the laugh, Will is so darn cute!!!
That was awesome. I needed a good laugh! My almost two year old just figured out how to climb out of the crib...long nights.
Congratulations on expecting!
