1/2 cup oil (I prefer coconut but anything will work)
1/2 cup Honey
1 Tablespoon Black Strap Molasses (or more if you like the flavor)
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
2 teaspoons sea salt
combine above ingredients in saucepan and heat on low until warm (do not boil). Remove from heat and add
1/4 cup flax seeds (or more)
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds (or more)
1/2 cup sunflower seeds (or more)
1/2 cup peanuts (or more)
1 cup coconut (or more)
Add 3-4 cups rolled oats. I generally add one cup of oats at a time until the mixture is not too wet. Depending on how much nuts and seeds you put in the oats will vary. You can also use Kamut in place of oats. Once mixture is combined spread evenly onto cookie sheet (Spray your cookie sheet with nonstick spray).
Bake at 300 degrees for approximately 40-45 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes. Take out of oven, add raisins and any dried fruit. Press mixture into pan and let cool 20 minutes. Use a spatula to break up granola.
