Hearty Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Hearty Oatmeal Cookies.  This is my mom's recipe with a few changes.  I love the oat flour it makes for a really moist cookie.  You can add walnuts too. 

3 sticks butter

1 1/2 cups brown sugar

1/2 cup white sugar

3 large eggs

2 t. vanilla

2 cups white flour

1 cups oat flour

1 1/2 t. soda

1 1/2 t. salt

5 cups rolled oats

6 oz raisins

Bake @ 350 for 8-9 minutes. Do not over-bake. Enjoy!
