We had the greatest time today in Boulder (Just Dana, Alli and I). We went to the Farmers market and bought the most delicious heirloom tomatoes. We also bought fresh bread, basil and fetta cheese to make the yummiest lunch ever! All fresh food from the farmers market, MY FAVORITE!!!! Thanks Girls!
Tomatoes and Basil
Slice tomatoes
sprinkle with chopped fresh basil
Any type of cheese, mozzarella, or fetta is good.
drizzle with olive oil and balsalmic vinegar
serve with sliced artisan bread of your choice.
SO DELICIOUS!!!
