Snickerdoodles


  • 1  cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • Roll into balls and roll in:
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Bake @ 350 9 minutes.
Warning: This is exceptionally good cookie dough.....you may eat the whole bowl.
