Roasted peppers and corn, black beans, jicama, fresh tomatoes and avocados covered in the most delicious dressing and cliantro on top....I am in love with this salad. Thanks for lunch Lindsey!
This is an Apple Gallete that Addy and I made. Our first attempt as pastry chefs was a success (but we did use a pre-made pie crust so we cheated) it was fun though and really tasty.
