Lemon Bars with Cream Cheese Crust

Crust:

1 cup Butter

8 0z. cream cheese

3 1/2 cups flour

1 c. powdered sugar

Soften butter and cream cheese. Mix in flour and powdered sugar.  Press crust into LARGE cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Filling. 

3 cups sugar

8 Tablespoons of flour (mix with sugar)

add:

8 beaten eggs 

3/4 cups lemon juice

Poor mixture over cooked crust.  Bake at 350 degrees 25 minutes.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
